The House
The Large house, distinctively “porteña” stretches along a deep 70-metre pathway, revealing a 700 sqm floor plant: ground and first floor.
All appartments are sorrounded by hidden patios and walls are still lined with the original ceramic tiles. The patios divide the floor plant into three defined areas.
This is no ordinary stablishment.
As you enter San Telmo Colonial, you find yourself in a marble lined hall and a stylish reception which guides you to the Main Lounge. The Lounge original floors and windows have been preserved intact and remain as they were once conceived back in 1800.
Following, comes the first patio which was built up resembling ancient Andalusian backyards. Seven appartments are located in the groundfloor.
The second floor offers three other appartments together with a large terrace and solarium of 150 sqm., specially meant for you to rest and enjoy the greenery.
Other historic construction details can be relished around the house: the marble waterwell, the basement, the shaped steel grilles are worth mentioning. |
